We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the existing clinical team on their shift. The supervisor runs the shift plan, balances workload in real time, and coaches Team Lead Coordinators and specialists so the team meets SLA/TAT and documentation standards. The ideal candidate must have an excellent understanding of cardiac rhythm devices and be an expert on the PaceMate platform to effectively support their team.  In addition to leading the shift, the Clinical Team Supervisor will process a limited portion of transmissions alongside the team to contribute toward team goals and maintain expert proficiency with the PaceMate platform and workflows. This remote position demands a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously and productively. The clinical supervisors (s) work closely with operational leadership to drive PaceMate’s innovative and world-class approach to remote cardiac care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Oversee and manage daily assignments of the clinical team and adjust assignments based on transmission volume, SLA/TAT, and staffing changes on their shift.
  • Manage employee scheduling.
  • Monitor analytics on clinical dashboards for individual and crew performance and execute recovery plans when needed.
  • Ensure assignment adherence and clear handoffs between shifts (wins, risks, next actions/owners).
  • Coach and mentor Team Lead Coordinators and cardiac device specialists
  • Support clinical team members by providing open office hours and hosting workflow assessments.
  • Maintain hands-on proficiency with PaceMate features, templates, and documentation flows by processing reports at a steady cadence each month (target of 50% outside of spike coverage)
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and contribute to performance check-ins; recommend recognition, development actions, or corrective steps to the Area Clinical Manager.
  • Support strategic initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency that align with operational goals.
  • Coordinate with clinical leadership to keep the clinical team informed and up to date on clinical and operational changes.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; science/health-related field is preferred
  • IBHRE certification required within one year of promotion (CCDS, CDRMS, or CEPS)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in management preferred
  • Working knowledge of cardiac device and remote monitoring best practice experience
  • Excellent written, electronic and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated skill in live load balancing, real-time problem solving, and coaching in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable with operational dashboards and basic Excel/Sheets for tracking plans and results.
  • Experience working effectively within a remote, matrixed environment, specifically with a remote monitoring company preferred 
  • Passion for managing processes and teams
  • Process or quality improvement skills preferred

REQUIRED
  • Must reside within the contiguous United States.
  • During your employment, you will be expected to maintain a separate office/room within your home to create suitable work conditions and a sense of privacy along with a high-speed internet connection.
